Comparing yourself to others gets you nowhere fast. It creates what I like to call 'The Salt Factor'. We all have the potential to be Salty, but it's how quickly you go from being salty to motivated. It's all a choice amigos. You need to be aware and flip the switch. You can either use that fitspo on Instagram to motivate you or you can bitch about how her ass is silicone and eat a hamburger (I have done both). The later is going to take you 5 steps back. You stand taller with someone on your shoulders. So flip the switch and use your comparisons as motivation and inspiration. Alright; I'm going back to being bitter & cynical now ;)Sunday, August 31, 2014
